WE DO NOT provide buy/sell suggestions, research analysis, tips, or handle your funds. ALL STRATEGY DECISIONS AND TRADING LOGIC ARE CREATED AND OWNED BY YOU ALONE. We merely provide the technology to implement YOUR ideas.
4. USER DATA AND API INTEGRATION
Broker API Requirements: Users must provide their own broker API credentials for backtesting and live trading functionalities.
Credential Storage & Security
- Your API credentials may be stored on secure third-party cloud platforms selected for their superior security infrastructure
- All credentials are encrypted and access-controlled per industry standards
- We maintain strict confidentiality despite third-party storage
Data Processing & Isolation
- Historical market data is fetched temporarily via YOUR API key
- Data is processed in real-time and immediately deleted after backtesting
- Each user's data environment is completely isolated from all others
- You are responsible for whitelisting our static IP address with your broker
5. CUSTOM CODING SERVICE & MANDATORY TESTING

SMALL CAPITAL TESTING IS COMPULSORY
Before deploying any custom-coded strategy with real capital, you MUST test it with a minimal amount you can afford to lose entirely. All software inherently contains bugs; we are NOT liable for losses arising from code errors, logic flaws, or unexpected behavior.
Service Description: Our custom coding service involves translating YOUR trading logic and specifications into executable code.
- YOU provide the complete strategy logic, entry/exit rules, and risk parameters
- We code according to YOUR specifications – YOU own the strategy logic
- Coding fees are based on complexity and are quoted in advance
- Payment is due upfront or as agreed in the project proposal
- We do NOT guarantee profitability – only that code implements your logic
6. PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT STATUS & RISK DISCLOSURE
Critical Understanding Required:
This Platform is currently in active development and not yet fully mature. By using this Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and accept the following risks:
- Security vulnerabilities may exist that have not yet been identified or resolved
- Software bugs and errors can occur, leading to incorrect backtests, failed executions, or unexpected behavior
- Data breaches or unauthorized access may be more likely compared to mature, production-ready platforms
- System downtime or interruptions can happen without prior notice
- Features may change or be discontinued as development progresses
You are using this Platform AT YOUR OWN RISK with full knowledge of these limitations. Do NOT use credentials shared with other critical accounts.
7. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS
Subscription Plans: We offer multiple subscription tiers with varying features and backtest limits.

- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' prior notice
- Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.)
Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Subscriptions and custom coding services are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction
- Trading losses incurred
- Failure to use the service
- Technical issues on user's end
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Platform Ownership: All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property of the Platform remain the exclusive property of Maatitil.
Your Strategy Ownership: YOU retain full ownership of your trading strategies, logic, and custom code specifications.
- Your strategies remain confidential and are NOT shared with other users
- You grant us a limited license to store and process your strategies solely for providing services
- You may NOT reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy Platform code
9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- ✗ Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
- ✗ Sharing account credentials
- ✗ Scraping or data mining Platform content
- ✗ Violating securities laws or regulations
- ✗ Using the Platform for illegal activities
- ✗ Interfering with Platform operation
- ✗ Creating multiple accounts to bypass limits
- ✗ Reselling Platform access without authorization
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
CRITICAL LEGAL DISCLAIMER:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We shall NOT be liable for ANY direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are NOT responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, or incorrect backtests
- No warranty of merchantability, fitness, or accuracy is provided
- The Platform is provided "AS IS" without guarantees of any kind
- Past backtest performance is NO guarantee of future results
- We are NOT liable for data breaches, system failures, or downtime
Maximum Liability: In any event, our total liability shall NOT exceed the amount you paid for services in the past 12 months.
Trading Risk Disclosure:
Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is NOT suitable for everyone. No system, strategy, or algorithm can eliminate risk or guarantee profits. You should carefully consider your financial situation before using any trading tools.
11. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms
- Refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason
- Discontinue the Platform or any features without prior notice
Upon termination: You lose access immediately. No refunds are provided. You remain liable for outstanding payments.
12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.
All disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to legal proceedings.
By using this Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
